helps to build awesome body

while visiting in minneapolis, went to the YWCA for a sample TRX class. i am a seasoned workout person and am skeptical of all the new workouts. what a surprise! it is the best of all programs. i will be getting mine asap. i loved it - its huge. as hard as i have trained and my high level of fitness, this is by far the best of all possible worlds in fitness. right Pangloss??

I was introduced to this product about 1 month ago. 2x a week and I am starting to reap the benefits. I train during my lunch hour in the park near the road side and people stop to take a look and even try it out. My trainer has been using it for himself almost a year and to see his before and after…man o man! I am at a good weight, just want to tone and maintain and I feel this product will do that for me.

I am in my first month of P90X and have always had trouble doing pull/chin ups. With the use of the TRX, I am able to do a more modified version and am happy to say that I have trained some of my muscles enough that I am now able to do, two pull ups, when I couldn't even do half of one!
