Great instructors, great content, the kettle bell basics with Pavel alone is worth the price of the DVD. TRX progressions and kettle bell work really compliment each other.
I really like the addition of the kettlebell for whole body strength
No Hd quality on this video. To much Trx, very little on Kettlebells. Confusing explanation on Kettlebells drills, some people is doing 1 move, others do other move. Not sure or confident to order more videos. I am a personal trainer.
