Great workout, but the quality of the video is poor.

This is a great addition to any multisport training regiment.

Fantastic and Super don't begin to describe this product. It's hella easy to get bored with workouts - these help evolve your paradigm of TRX. No limits!

After being disappointed with Core Vol. 1, this is perfect! The length is great an despite what other reviewers have said you can make it easier or hard depending on how you do the exercises. Jessi is a great coach and I wish she would have more videos!
