I just ran a couple High School athletes through the DVD and they got a great workout while enjoying the variety of the TRX system. I'm excited to try out some of the other DVD programs from Fitness Anywhere!!

I watched the DVD and knew it was going to help me get my 14 year old freshman football player client ready for summer practice. It absolutely did, he went in stronger and more prepared than any other kid there. I've started doing this workout twice a week with my fellow trainers and they are absolutely hooked.

I got my DVD yesterday and went to the local park today for the workout. The Team Sport workout will push you to your limits. The DVD is great for showing some modifications to help those getting use to the TRX system or the more experienced reach that next level.
