More effective than my foam roller

An innovative roller. Great product from TRX!

I really like using this after my workouts. It's a bit different from your usual rollers, I like the innovative aspect of this (wouldn't expect anything else from TRX!).
I like that this is slightly more intense than your general rollers, offering more relief after an intense workout, especially as i up my running game for marathon training! Thanks TRX!!!

Works Really Well
