I USE THESE!!

I highly recommend the TRX system for home. I've used it every day since I got them a few weeks ago. I get the same results as if I were in a Gym using their TRX system. The pad that goes behind the door holds well and I feel safe using them.

I love it but the

I love it but the only thing that bothers me is the handles are permanently squished due to the way it's packaged. The packaging presentation is nice though so I'm conflicted on that point. I can still use it. It works fine but the handles have permanent dents. That's is the only reason I gave 4 stars though. Great product!

Great for At Home

I got this to supplement my gym workouts and love it. I didn't realize there were so many workouts you could do with this one piece of gear. Loving my App trial so far. The videos really teach you how to get the most out of a workout in 20-30 minutes.
