First time using wrist supports and I’m happy.

Very good quality. Velcro seems like they will last awhile. All the cheaper ones on Amazon look identical besides the labels. Same factory. And they all seem to suffer from cheap velcro unlike these.

I am writing to provide feedback on my recent order experience. Unfortunately, I did not receive the item I ordered, and after being informed of a delay by DHL, I was later told that a replacement would be sent. However, I received no further updates or information regarding the replacement.

The communication throughout this process was slow and unsatisfactory. As a result, I have requested a full cancellation and refund. I wanted to share my experience to highlight the areas where your service and communication can be improved.

Due to this experience, I am no longer interested in using your services in the future.
