The TRX XMount was perfect!

The TRX XMount was perfect! It installed easily and securly into a beam for our use. My husband who is 200 lbs gave it his full weight of to test the strength and it was secure.

The TRX Xmount is constructed very well. It has some weight to it, so you know it isn't going anywhere. We look forward to using the TRX system in our group exercise classes. We will be ordering more systems soon.

I couldn’t add my WELCOME10

I couldn’t add my WELCOME10 % discount when purchasing and emailed to ask for a 10% refund the same day but had no response from customer services. When the item arrived I found the powder coating was damaged and showing bare metal beneath. The bolts it says are provided are only suitable for mounting to timber joists. You will need to find suitable rawl plugs (which I couldn’t) or buy whole new wall anchor bolts if fitting to a solid wall.

The mount is well constructed

The mount is well constructed and has a great finish. The lag bolts provided with the base are of poor quality. The head of the second bolt snapped off when installing it, the hole was drilled for the size of the bolt so that was not the cause of the bolt failure. I sourced two quality bolts, relocated the mount and completed the installation.
