DOMESTIC SHIPPING (US)
Once you make a TRX purchase, our fulfillment center will process your order immediately.
Ground orders take 1-2 business days to be packed and shipped.
Freight orders take 2-3 business days to be packed and shipped.
FREE GROUND SHIPPING
TRX offers Free Ground Shipping on orders $99 and above. No code required.
Offer is valid on Standard Ground Shipping for orders with non-weighted physical products with a "ship to" address anywhere in the continental U.S. (excluding U.S. territories, Canada, and overseas possessions). Additional charges will apply on expedited* shipping methods (3-Day, 2-Day, and Overnight shipping options). Expedited shipping is subject to FedEx and UPS List rates based on ship-to address.

$10 FLAT RATE SHIPPING
TRX offers $10 Flat Rate Shipping on orders up to $99. No code required.
Offer is valid on Standard Ground Shipping for orders with non-weighted physical products with a cart value between $0.01 to $98.99 and a "ship to" address anywhere in the continental U.S. (excluding U.S. territories, Canada, and overseas possessions**). Offer does not apply on weighted items, including Dumbbells, Battle Ropes, Kettlebells, YBells, Medicine Balls, Power Bags, Weight Vests, Slam Balls, and Wall Balls of all weights and sizes. Additional charges will apply on expedited* shipping methods (FedEx 2-Day shipping options). Expedited shipping is subject to FedEx List rates based on ship-to address.

FLAT RATE ON WEIGHTED PRODUCTS
TRX offers Flat Rate Shipping starting at $25 on Weighted Products (up to 150 lbs). No code required.
Offer is valid on Standard Ground Shipping for orders containing weighted products with a "ship to" address anywhere in the continental U.S. (excluding U.S. territories, Canada, and overseas possessions**). Weighted products include YBells, Kettlebells, Battle Ropes, Kettlebells, Medicine Balls, Power Bags, Weight Vests, Slam Balls, XL Suspension Training Mat, and Wall Balls of all weights and sizes. Expedited shipping is subject to FedEx List rates based on ship-to address.
Flat Rate Shipping on Weighted Products is calculated based on total cart weight:
- Up to 20 LBS, Flat Rate $25
- 21 to 40 LBS, Flat Rate $45
- 41 to 60 LBS, Flat Rate $55
- 61 to 80 LBS, Flat Rate $75
- 81 to 100 LBS, Flat Rate $100
- 101 to 150 LBS, Flat Rate $135
- Orders over 150 LBS, Shipping is calculated at 20% of the cart total
- Extra Fees: XL Suspension Training Mat excess length fee, additional $35 charge
HAWAII & ALASKA
Shipping is calculated at 20% of the cart total.
Expedited shipping is not available.
CANADA
Shipping follows US rates with an additional 5% VAT applied.

AMAZON OR PAYPAL
When checking out with Amazon Pay or PayPal, your order will not be processed until full payment has been received. Amazon Pay or PayPal payments may incur a 24-hour processing time before being approved for shipping.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
CUSTOMS
Please note that any customs, tariffs, or additional taxes are not included with the shipment cost and are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.

Due to certain restrictions, we are unable to ship to the following countries: Austria, Denmark, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Hungary, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, Russia, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. Please purchase from one of our Authorized International Distributors in these countries. Please note: Due to trade restrictions we do not ship to the following countries: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan and Syria.
ADDITIONAL COUNTRIES
If we do not have an authorized international distributor in your area, we will happily ship directly to you from the US. However, it may take longer and, depending on your country's customs fees, tariffs or additional import duties, it may cost a bit more.
