Working in Single-Handle Mode allows one limb (either arm or leg) to be suspended while the other limb is free. Training in Single-Handle Mode helps build stability in yoga poses such as TRX Dancer Pose and allows you to resist rotation in exercises like the TRX Single Arm Row.
