The Sport Medicine Suspension Training Course was a game changer for me. This course allowed me to go into depth and learn how to modify and choose the best exercises for clients dealing with rehabilitation and injury prevention. The case study work was fun and the instructor helped us understand how any exercise can be scaled to up or down to fit our clients needs. This course I would highly recommend for anyone wanting to better themselves as a coach or fitness enthusiast.
This course delves deeper into the structures, tissues and fascia. The fundamental movements and foundation of TRX, continuing to build on what has been previously learnt. This is a fantastic course for those who want to further understand how the body is affected, pathologically and have regressions and modifications that can help with the rehabilitation or management of clients. Highly recommended!
